Inspired by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.renevanrems.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Rene van Rems<\/a>&#8216; new book, <a href=\"http:\/\/renevanrems.com\/store.html\" target=\"_blank\">Rene&#8217;s Bouquets for Brides<\/a>, we created these stylish designs:<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_840\" style=\"width: 209px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/martinflowers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/Lily-Petal-Brides-Bouquet.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-840\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-840 \" title=\"Lily Petal Brides Bouquet\" src=\"http:\/\/martinflowers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/Lily-Petal-Brides-Bouquet-199x300.jpg\" alt=\"Bouquet of Oriental Lily Petals\" width=\"199\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/martinflowers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/Lily-Petal-Brides-Bouquet-199x300.jpg 199w, https:\/\/martinflowers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/Lily-Petal-Brides-Bouquet-99x150.jpg 99w, https:\/\/martinflowers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/Lily-Petal-Brides-Bouquet.jpg 655w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 199px) 100vw, 199px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-840\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Bouquet of Oriental Lily petals<\/p><\/div>\n<p>This took quite some time, as lily petals were glued in concentric circles to form one large &#8220;flower.&#8221; The handle is made of bear grass, and wrapped with bands of pearls.<\/p>\n<p>Next, we took a hand-made bouquet holder that Susan created in a tutorial with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.perbenjamin.com\/per\/\" target=\"_blank\">Per Benjamin<\/a>. Crafted of yarn in hot pink and orange, it was a great starting point. This time, we used golden yellow cymbidium orchids and beautiful burgundy celosia that perfectly matched the throat in the cymbids.
